This section tracks your progress throughout your time at Fitness in Numbers. We all know it’s hard to look forward to these tests but, when it’s over, you all have a real sense of achievement. These tests give you added motivation in our normal midweek sessions to push that little bit harder, or go that little bit further.

5km Run - Secretly, deep down, you love it!
It is very evident the effect consistency has on performance in these tests. Remember back to last month’s newsletter, consistency = results. The saying “You only get out - what you put in” is definitely a large a large factor in these tests!
