About Us
Fitness in Numbers focuses solely on Group Exercise. This is not an expensive personal training session. This is not an unmotivating gym. Fitness in Numbers uses the natural motivation of a group combined with industry-leading health and fitness knowledge to bring the best possible results for everyone.
The group is open to ladies and guys, and there is no way age can be used as an excuse – if the mind can conceive it, the body can do it.
The group is relaxed, the sessions are fun, and the results are there for you to see.
At Fitness in Numbers, there are no contracts, there are no rules. We trust that if you enjoy it, and if you get results, then that is all the motivation you need. Our job is to offer you the most up-to-date information and exercises around, in an environment that is both motivating and relaxed. This combination will equal results for you!
